    If you want to avoid this trouble, then follow below recipe:
    (1). 1 cup ginger juice
    (2). 1 cup of lemon juice
    (3). 1 cup garlic juice
    (4). 1 cup apple cider vinegar or apple cider vinegar.

    Now mix all the four and heat it on low flame till it remains three cups.
    Then take it off and cool it and mix three cups of pure honey in it.
    The recipe is ready.
    Fill it in a glass bottle and keep it in the fridge.

    Now take three spoons every morning on an empty stomach.

    This opens all the blocks.

    The arteries and veins become clean.

    All four things are full of virtues.
