    For Skin:
    Consuming ginger makes the skin attractive and shiny. Eat a piece of ginger with a glass of lukewarm water on an empty stomach early in the morning. This will improve your skin and make you look young.


    For Cough:
    Ginger is very beneficial in cough. In case of cough, heat a small piece of ginger with equal amount of honey and consume it twice a day. This will stop coughing and sore throat will also end.


    For Loss of Appetite:
    If there is a problem in feeling hungry, then regular consumption of ginger will get rid of the problem of loss of appetite. Finely chop ginger, apply a little salt and eat it once a day for eight consecutive days. This will clean the stomach and cause more hunger.


    For Digestion:
    Ginger is very beneficial for the problem of stomach and constipation. Eat ginger mixed with celery and lemon juice with a little salt. This will cure colic and stop sour-sweet belching.
