    Eat these 4 things to detox the body

    Sometimes, even if the stomach is clean, the body is not completely clean from inside. In such a situation, if the toxins accumulated inside the body are not removed, then they can cause many diseases. That’s why it is important to know about those things which work to clean the body from inside.

    Broccoli and Cauliflower:
    Both these vegetables contain a lot of fiber and fiber is very helpful in removing toxins from the body. Eating them in any form will be beneficial for the body, as well as eating them will also remove the problem of constipation.

    Coconut water:
    Coconut water contains electrolytes and antioxidants, which cleanse the body system by removing toxins from the body.

    Beet:
    Taking beetroot in the form of salad or juice also helps in internal cleansing of the body. Beetroot is rich in iron, which also helps in increasing the blood in the body.

    Lemon:
    Lemon is rich in alkaline properties and vitamin C. Vitamin C is the main source of antioxidants. Drink lemon juice mixed with water or eat it after squeezing the juice in salad, doing this helps in detoxing/cleansing the body. Apart from lemon, ginger, turnip and beetroot juice also helps in detoxification.
