    4. It contains plenty of dietary fibers which are beneficial in digestion and prove to be helpful in reducing obesity by reducing cholesterol levels.
    5. Tryptophan amino acid is found in millet, which reduces appetite. Consuming this in the morning breakfast does not make you feel hungry for a long time.
