    Excessive fatigue-
    Many times pregnant women get excessively tired, due to which they may get morning sickness.

    To be stressed-
    According to experts, stress can also be behind vomiting in pregnancy, as it causes emotional ups and downs in the pregnant woman.

    Having a genetic reason
    The reason for vomiting in pregnancy can also be genetic. For example, if your mother had this problem during pregnancy, you may have it too.

    Getting pregnant at an older age
    The problem of vomiting in pregnancy is more for those women who become pregnant after the age of 30.

    How long does vomiting last during pregnancy?

    The duration of pregnancy that women may suffer from morning sickness completely depends on their hormonal changes.

    In fact, many women have this problem in the initial days, while in some women it persists for three months and in some women this problem persists for the whole nine months.

    Apart from this, vomiting in pregnancy occurs only in the morning for some women, while many women are troubled by it night and day.

    Along with vomiting during pregnancy, if a pregnant woman sees the following symptoms, then she must consult a doctor:

    What are the home remedies to reduce vomiting in pregnancy?

    • Symphoricarpus racei 200 Ipecac 200 2 2 drops of both 3 4 times a day
    • If there is vomiting during pregnancy, grinding two cloves and giving it with honey stops vomiting and nausea.
    • In the symptoms of excessive vomiting during pregnancy, drinking lemon juice mixed with water and a little sugar candy in the morning stops vomiting.
    • In pregnancy vomiting, soak 50 grams of rice in 250 ml of water. After half an hour, put 5 grams of dry coriander in it, mix it after 10 minutes and filter it. Vomiting stops by giving all this water to a pregnant woman 4 times a day.
    • Gooseberry jam:
      If vomiting occurs during pregnancy, then feeding 10 grams of gooseberry jam 4 times a day stops vomiting.
    • If there is repeated vomiting, boil 20 grams of fennel and a little mint leaves in 2 cups of water. When the water remains half, filter it and drink it. It stops vomiting within a short time and provides relief in pain and burning sensation.
    • Drinking pomegranate juice ends vomiting in pregnant women.
    • Drink black gram water:
      To get relief from vomiting during pregnancy, soak a handful of black gram in a glass of water at night and drink this water after waking up in the morning.
      By doing this, morning sickness ie vomiting or nausea can be avoided.
    • Drink lemon water:
      To get relief from vomiting in pregnancy, pregnant women should drink a glass of lemon water mixed with half a teaspoon of honey.
    • Drink juice of basil leaves:
      In case of vomiting during pregnancy, pregnant women should drink ground basil leaves mixed with a little honey, it can provide quick relief.
    • Eat dry coriander:
      To get relief from vomiting during pregnancy, pregnant women should grind dry coriander and keep taking it after a while, it can give relief very quickly.
    • Eat gooseberry marmalade:
      To get relief from vomiting in pregnancy, pregnant women should eat one gooseberry marmalade daily, eating it keeps the digestive system healthy and reduces the chances of vomiting.
    • Eat biscuits without flour:
      Pregnant women should eat biscuits when vomiting in pregnancy, because it does not cause any foul smell.
    • Don’t wake up with a jolt in the morning:
      Pregnant women should not wake up in the morning due to vomiting and nervousness, rather they should wake up comfortably by taking support of something.
    • Do not go to the kitchen as soon as you wake up in the morning:
      Pregnant women should not go to the kitchen as soon as they wake up in the morning, because the things present there can cause foul smell, which can cause vomiting.
    • Do not stay empty stomach:
      Pregnant women should not stay on an empty stomach, they must keep eating something in a little while.
    • Drink sufficient amount of water:
      There should not be any shortage of water in the body of pregnant women, in this case they must drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.

    What are the things a woman should keep while traveling during pregnancy?

    Women can have vomiting problem anytime during pregnancy, in such a situation, if they have to travel, then they must keep the following things with them –

    • Keep water bottle
    • If a pregnant woman has to travel during pregnancy, then take them with you.
