    1. Eat more olive oil, ghee or sunflower oil

    During monsoon, one should avoid eating food cooked in mustard oil, butter or groundnut oil as these oils are a bit heavy. There is a problem in digesting the food prepared from them. To keep the digestive system better, olive oil, ghee or sunflower oil should be used in the food. These oils are lighter than other oils.

    2. Avoid spicy food

    Most people like hot and fried food in this season but they are difficult to digest, so avoid eating them daily.

    3. Include more and more vegetables and fruits

    in the diet as they are easily digested and many essential vitamins and minerals are found. The most important thing is to use them only after washing them properly so that the risk of bacterial infection can be reduced.

    4. Avoid eating street food

    found on the roadside during monsoon as they are more prone to infections or stomach related diseases. Apart from this, keep distance from seafood like fish and shrimp. Include fruits like apple, mango, pomegranate, pear in the diet. Keep in mind that do not take mango in large quantity, there is a possibility of getting pimples.     in the rainy season because there is a fear of insects in it. If you have to eat, then eat the salad steamed. This will also destroy the germs of the salad and it will also prove to be more healthy.

    6. Raw milk should also be avoided

    during this season. Due to the moisture, bacteria grow more in it, due to which the digestive system can be affected. Even if you are taking milk, drink it after boiling, especially such people who have had problems of vomiting and diarrhea.

    7. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water

    Even though the temperature has come down after the rain, but do not let the body lack water. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. Fruit juice can be taken during this season to meet the shortage of water. Which will also supply minerals along with vitamins.

     8. Avoid eating street food

    9. Drink Herbal-tea

    gives special benefits in this season. The elements present in it increase the immunity of the body. If desired, ginger, black pepper and honey can also be used in this.

    10. Raise Vitamin C Intake

    In this season, the immunity of the body decreases, in such a diet, definitely include bitter gourd, fenugreek, lemon and seasonal. Vitamin-C is found in them which increase immunity.
