    (1) Garlic
    It destroys germs. It has antibacterial properties as well as it increases immunity. It should be eaten raw or cooked. One way to consume it is to boil 10 cloves of garlic in a cup of milk. Then chew and eat the boiled buds and drink milk from above. Do this for a few days. Do not drink water otherwise it will not work.

    (2) Banana
    A good amount of calcium is found in bananas, which increases the immunity of TB patients. It drives away phlegm and fever. The patient should drink 1 glass of raw banana juice.

    (3) Black pepper
    Black pepper cleanses the lungs and relieves pain caused by TB. Fry 10 black peppercorns with ghee. Then put a pinch of asafoetida powder in it, mix it and let it cool. Divide the mixture into 3 parts and chew one dose every one hour.

    (4) Gooseberry
    It provides strength to the body by providing it with various types of nutrition. Extracting its juice and adding one spoon of honey to it and drinking it daily on an empty stomach cures this disease.

    (5) Orange
    Mix a pinch of salt and a spoon of honey in a glass of fresh orange juice and drink it. Drink it twice a day.
